She is the brain behind Rossie Memoirs, a family focused blog that offers subtle guidelines on how busy mothers can nurture children steeped in love. She also believes that mothers can achieve career-family life balance. She has blogged consistently for five years.

Through personal coaching, frequently published articles as well as one-on-one mentoring, she shares creative strategies which parents can adopt to raise their children.

Roseline has put in more than a decade in the financial service sector. Her experience cuts across customer service, business growth, process improvement and strategic relationship management.
