FOOD MENU FOR CHILDREN – simple and convenient menu for the long holiday

We still have about a month to the next school session and
vacation is now in full swing! The fun just got amplified and I am seeking new
ways to keep up with my crew😃😃.
Summer coaching, vacation bible school and the likes seem to only
add to their excitement. Are there any ideas on keeping these children engaged and
channel their energy creatively? I am really
waiting on suggestions😎.
It is even difficult to stay quietly around these ‘fire balls’ 😁😁without
intermediately cautioning or even screaming out a warming. The different ‘rough
play’ sessions are difficult to ignore and the anticipated fearful outcome
often times causes one’s heart to palpitate.
However, my biggest challenge this period is planning healthy and
convenient meals for the kids; meals that are easy to prepare and one that will be eaten
heartily without any force or drama
So today, I will be sharing my food menu with you all as I totally
understand how tiring planning meals can be. Besides, I know that most parents and their different schedules are not on vacationSo allow me take of the stress off you
 with this healthy food menu.
